BD Amadora 2003 or 14ª edição do Festival Internacional de Banda Desenhada da Amadora (FIBDA) (14th Annual Amadora International Comics Festival) was a festival held in Amadora, Portugal, from October 17 to November 2, 2003, themed around female comics creators and characters from Europe and the Americas.

The festival's Troféu de Honra (Trophy of Honor) was awarded to classic Portuguese women cartoonists Bixa (penname of Maria Antónia Cabral) [1] and Maria Alice Andrade Santos.
