Helen "Duffy" Mohler (June 11, 1917- June 13, 2008) was a letterer for St. John Publications and DC Comics during the Golden Age.
Born in China[1], Mohler was the oldest child of George and Georgia (Chiang) Chu of Gloversville, NY. She had five younger brothers. She majored in Fine Art and minored in Journalism at Syracuse University and worked for Parents Magazine. At one point she was married to artist "Red" Mohler, with whom she had a daughter, Liane. They later divorced and she lived with Nadine French, who also lettered and worked as support staff for St. John.
