Hazel Martin, also credited as Scott Fleming, was an inker and artist for the Bill Woggon Studio and Archie Comics in the 1940s into the 1960s.

She started out by inking Bill Woggon's work for Archie Comics. As "Scott Fleming," she also drew a western feature entitled "Nevada Jones" for Archie.
