Mariah Huehner McCourt is an editor, writer, and illustrator. She currently works primarily as an editor for IDW Publishing
She has worked in the comic book industry for about ten years. She has edited books like Angel and Spike licensed comics, The Last Unicorn adaptations, Lucifer and Fables. She has also written for such titles as Angel, Illyria: Haunted, and two True Blood series.
Her favorite genres are horror, fantasy, sci-fi, and any combination thereof. She "draw[s] squidly octopi girls, [and] love[s] monstrous beauty."[1]
