Primrose Amy Cumming (b. Isle of Thanet, Kent, 7 April 1915; d. 2004) was a British writer of children's books, mainly on the subject of horses and ponies, from the 1930s to the 1960s. After pony books waned in popularity she wrote for British girls' comics in the 1960s, 70s and 80s, including "Bella at the Bar" for Tammy.
