Suzanne Seaborne was an inker for Dell publications from 1949 to 1952. She worked on such features as "Oswald the Rabbit", "Woody Woodpecker", "Andy Panda", and "Krazy Kat".

She also illustrated and possibly wrote activity pages in Raggedy Ann & Andy comics.[1]
